Ok - alright - straight to the point - 8th Edge rocked the EDI like a swaying, moshing, mad drunkard at an 8th Edge concert! YEEEOOWWW!!! \m/>.<\m/!
Anyways... A huge shout out to the Edinburgh Castle Hotel for letting some original music smash up a "usually placid" Sunday night! Thanks to the lads from Junkyard Palace for kicking off an awesome night, and thanks to the dickheads from Team Dickhead for kicking our arses - y'all rocked big time! And of course - a big cheers to all who came along and made it a great night! We all appreciated your support! And to all the other "lazy sods" who didn't come for "valid reasons" - well... we're not all that hungry right now, so we'll spare your souls once again! :) |

| Man oh man, what a night! "It was a late one, but well worth it!" says a dedicated 8th Edge fan. Despite some rather amusing technical difficulties with the bass, much rockin' out still occurred! Thanks to all who made an appearance - much appreciated! To all those who didn't come - we will not devour your souls this time! :) |

Well well well, look what the cat dragged in! That's right ladies and gents - we have finally pulled out our fingers and had our first gig of the year! Crazy - I know! We're all so busy these days doing stuff... you know how it is! :)
Well as we anticipated - shit was smashed and we rawked da house as headliner band! The crowd dug our grooves and moves and rocked it they dropped! Thanks to all who made an appearance and had a PHully sik as time! Until next time... YEEEOOWWW!!! \m/>.<\m/ |

| 4 December 06 :: CLOSURE OF AT THE SHED :~( |
"After nearly 3 years of providing a live music venue for original musicians, it is with great sadness and more than a few tears in our eyes that today we announce the closing of attheshed.
Since it’s inception in March 2004, the guys of PaceMaker (in particular Dee and Clark-e) have spent close to $80,000 in equipment and associated expenses to get/keep attheshed running. This doesn’t include the many hours for organising and working each event – all for a total return of about $4500.
With this in mind, we’ve decided it is not financially viable and to shut the venue/rehearsal room down.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank the many fine and exciting original musicians who played or regularly rehearsed attheshed, the supporters who attended our events, all our media friends who helped with promotion and encouragement (etc) thank you – your support was much appreciated..."
As Dee, lead singer of PaceMaker informed us all.
On behalf of 8th Edge -- thanks PaceMaker and attheshed for giving us a great venue to play at while it lasted... good times... good times... |

As the mighty Robin would say - "HOLY SMOKES BATMAN!!! 8TH EDGE FREAKING ROCK!!!"... well, maybe not that last part, haha... but yeah... the powerful blastin' sounds of 8th Edge rocked the walls of The Living Room on Caxton Street in Brisvagas! The pics say it all!
